Doxycycline for malaria
This is the medication a doctor friend recommended for Kenya... check this site...
Doxycycline
He says the side effects are more tolerable than with other pills. He also says to "try before you buy" in other words - take the pills for a few days a while before we leave to see if you are bothered by side effects, then you can change before we leave if you are!

Slave Auction
The slave auction is coming up quick, (March 4th). Dave Packard is gonna be our beloved slave Auctioneer. I think during the auction we need to have a brief 2-4 sentence description on our specialties as we are introduced to be auctioned off to work for the unknown.
Example:
'Tom Ragsdale
Although Tom works well with window washing or house cleaning, Tom is a zealous outdoor worker. If you have problems with leaves, weeds, rain gutters, hedge trimming, or dirt digging then Tom is the slave for you.'
Something along those lines. Yours doesnt have to be as corny as this. Short and sweet.
People will bid for 3 hours of work starting at a minimum bid of $20. That way more people can start bidding earlier then having fewer people bid if it started at $30 or $40.
And yes Dave Packard is the Auctioneer and a slave. He is gonna auction off himself. :P
